Shipping Policy – YZ BRAKE PARTS

At YZ BRAKE PARTS, we strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery for every order. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and courier partners to keep our customers well-informed.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Orders over AUD $2,000
    All orders with a total value exceeding AUD $2,000 will be shipped via Australia Post (Express with Signature on Delivery) for added security and tracking.

  • Standard Orders (under AUD $2,000)
    Depending on your location and the nature of the items, we may use the following trusted carriers:

    • Aramex (formerly Fastway)

    • CouriersPlease

    • Toll IPEC

    • StarTrack

    • Sendle

All parcels will include tracking, and tracking details will be provided once the item is dispatched.

2. Dispatch Timeframes

  • In-Stock Products
    Orders containing in-stock items will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment clearance.

  • Out-of-Stock or Backordered Products
    For items that are temporarily out of stock or require sourcing, we commit to dispatching your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Customers will be notified of any delays and provided with estimated restock dates.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected courier. Typical delivery windows:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: May take longer depending on courier access

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or courier operational delays beyond our control.

4. Additional Notes

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value shipments.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at a local depot or post office for collection.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for high-value items over AUD $2,000.
