Return and Refund Policy – YZ BRAKE PARTS
At YZ BRAKE PARTS, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. To ensure transparency and protect both parties, we have established the following return and refund policy:
1. 7-Day Change of Mind Returns
Customers may request a return for any reason within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the item:

Remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging;

Is not a custom-painted or specially manufactured item (see Section 3);

Is returned at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
A full refund will be issued upon inspection and confirmation that the item meets the above conditions.
2. 30-Day Quality or Fitment-Related Returns
We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of purchase for products that:

Exhibit manufacturing defects;

Are incompatible due to incorrect item supplied by us;

Encounter installation issues directly caused by the product design.
To initiate a claim, customers must provide:

A detailed explanation of the issue;

Supporting photos or videos;
-
Proof of purchase.
Once validated, we will cover the return shipping costs and process a full refund or dispatch a replacement item.
3. Exclusions – Custom and Painted Products
Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom-painted calipers or rotors;
-
Products with personalized decals or logos;
-
Any component specially modified or fabricated per customer request.
These are made to order and cannot be resold.
4. General Conditions

All return requests must be submitted via email to shanglin777@outlook.com with order details;

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days of item inspection;

Items returned without prior approval may be rejected or returned to sender at the buyer’s expense.
